We represent clients in litigation matters involving disputes with the Mauritius Revenue Authority and Registrar-General. While tax litigation can be daunting, our tax lawyers aim to demystify the process by advising clients on their rights and obligations at each step. This includes assistance in preparing for audits, negotiating settlements, filing objections to assessments and, when necessary, pursuing cases before the Assessment Review Committee and any subsequent appeals before the Supreme Court and/or the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council.

Our tax advisory practice includes providing bespoke tax advice on a wide range of matters, including on cross-border issues for both individuals (high net worth and ultra-high net worth) as well as corporate clients.
