Our tax advisory practice includes providing bespoke tax advice on a wide range of matters, including on cross-border issues for both individuals (high net worth and ultra-high net worth) as well as corporate clients.

We are regularly instructed on tax domicile, tax structuring of cross-border transactions, advice on substance requirements, structuring of tax affairs for clients of our Private Client practice area, application of double taxation treaties, application for tax rulings, tax implications of emerging areas such as fintech and cryptocurrency and application of tax holidays.

In addition, we routinely provide transactional tax support on corporate and finance transactions, which includes advising on deal structuring, drafting tax documentation and issuing tax opinions.
