We act for financial institutions, and different types of borrowers and lenders on a wide range of financing transactions, with a focus on cross border transactions.  We draft and review all types of security documents and advise on the most appropriate security package for the transaction. We also advise clients on all regulatory aspects of their transactions (including licensing requirements and regulatory approvals).
